STOKE have signed Lee Smart for a third spell with the club with James Holder being released.Smart, who had a spell with the Potters last season, joins on loan from Birmingham and will make his debut in Sunday's home fixture against Workington.Promoter Dave Tattum is looking to make further changes and hopes to have atleast one more signing confirmed by the end of next week.He said: "We thought we had a decent young side on paper, but for one reason or another things have not worked out and James has become the first casualty as we look to improve the side. "Lee has been riding well at National League level with the Dudley Heathens and he had settled well here last season and has proved he can score points for us in the past. We're hoping that he will return and do the same for us this time."
