A feast of live motorsport hits Motors TV screens

Motors TV will give motorsport fans a weekend to remember on 22/23 May with six hours of LIVE programming!

The High Speed Television channel will kick things off with Ferrari, Lamborghini, Aston Martin, Porsche, Corvette, Audi and all the other prestigious marques that will contest the second round of the FIA GT3 European Championship LIVE from Brno in the Czech Republic on Saturday 22 and Sunday 23 May. With 36 cars on the grid, all with similar performance thanks to the FIA’s Balance of Performance regulations, this action should not be missed!

The third round of the International GT Open takes place at Imola in Italy and both Saturday’s and Sunday’s races will also be broadcast LIVE. The GT Open, reserved for Super GT (catering for GT2 specification cars) and GTS (for GT3 cars) classes, has become one of Europe’s most prestigious GT championships in recent years attracting several top-level international teams.

Single-seaters won’t be forgotten either as the second round of the new Auto GP series supports the GT Open. The new category uses the former Lola-built A1 GP chassis powered by a 550bhp engine, and gives young drivers like Adrien Tambay, son of former F1 driver Patrick, and Brit Duncan Tappy the chance to pit their skills against more experienced rivals such as ex-F1 and Indycar racer Giorgio Pantano and Le Mans Series champion and Renault F1 reserve driver Jan Charouz. Both races take place at the same time as the GT3 contests in Brno, meaning the action will come Delayed-as-Live later in the day.
