Silverstone’s new Pit, Paddock and Conference Complex on track for May completion

Work on Silverstone’s spectacular new Pit, Paddock and Conference Complex, which will be in use at the 2011 FORMULA 1 SANTANDER BRITISH GRAND PRIX, is firmly on schedule as development around the Northamptonshire circuit continues at a pace.

The new facility will cement Silverstone’s position as a premier racing destination, providing world class facilities, including new garages, a race control building, flexible conference and exhibition space, a new podium, media centre, hospitality and VIP spectator zones.

Richard Phillips, Managing Director of Silverstone Circuits Limited, has confirmed that work on the new complex is due for completion in May 2011, prior to the Formula 1 British Grand Prix on 08-10 July.
