The Race of Champions Live on Motors TV

The biggest champions of world motorsport gather on 27-28 November in Düsseldorf – Live on Motors TV!

Created in 1988 by former WRC Vice-Champion Michèle Mouton and Fredrik Johnsson, the Race of Champions has become an eagerly-anticipated end-of-season event on the international motorsport calendar.

This year, the Race of Champions returns to Europe and will take place in Germany on a specially-designed two-lane track at Düsseldorf’s Esprit Arena.

The very best drivers and riders, many of them world champions in their chosen disciplines, will fight for the title of ‘Champion of Champions’ as well as the Nations Cup. The roster of talent on show is impressive and includes Alain Prost (4-time F1 World Champion), Sébastien Loeb (7-time World Rally Champion), Michael Schumacher (7-time F1 World Champion), Tom Kristensen (8-time winner of the Le Mans 24 Hours), Mick Doohan (5-time World 500cc Motorbike Champion), Andy Priaulx (3-time World Touring Car Champion), Sebastien Vettel (F1 Vice-Champion) and the incredible Travis Pastrana, famous for his exploits on two and four wheels and a winner of 11 gold medals at the X-Games.

Schumacher and Vettel are the defending champions in the Nations Cup and will be hoping to retain their title in front of an adoring home crowd. The on-track action promises to be epic and the Germans will face tough competition from the French, for whom Prost and Loeb boast a combined honours list which is the envy of the entire event!

The must-see Race of Champions takes place on 27 and 28 November on Motors TV.
