Silicone Engineering Ltd Winter Supermoto Series 2010 / 2011

5th December & 16th January

It's BACK!!

The Winter Supermoto Series is making a welcome return to the Off Road Calendar this season with two rounds of the 'This Is Supermoto Winter Championship' supported by Silicone Engineering Ltd. The rounds will be held at two well recognised tracks in the UK, the first at Donington Park on the 5th December and the second at Mallory Park on January the 16th. This Championship proved a huge success back in 2002 with riders such as John McGuinness, David Knight and the late David Jefferies being just some of the top names that took park and the promoters of this new Championship are eager to kick-start the Supermoto sport again in the UK.

This Championship will be no exception and is set to draw big names from all motorcycle sport, with some top names already signing up including former British Supermoto Champion Christian Iddon, Leighton Haigh, Ady Smith and Matt Winstanley plus BSB Stars to confirm shortly. They have also gained title sponsorship from Silicone Engineering Ltd, who are providing a large prize fund for all classes as follows: -

Masters (overall winner , 2 races) 36 fastest riders qualify

1st -£5002nd- £4003rd - £3004th - £2005th -£100

Clubman ( overall winner, 2 races)

1st - £752nd - £503rd - £25

250/Junior ( Overall winner, 2 races)

1st - £1002nd - £753rd - £50

Team Tag Shootout Final( 18 pairs)
