The Motor Sports Association (MSA) has issued a Regulation clarification regarding licences for entrants of karting minors.

Elements of Regulations U14.1 and U14.1.5 were inadvertently published in the 2011 Competitors’ and Officials’ Yearbook and are not scheduled for implementation until 2012 at the earliest.

Amended versions of the Regulations in question, as they should have appeared in the 2011 Yearbook, can be accessed at
