EDINBURGH are one rider away from finalising the line-up for their Premier League defence after confirming the return of Kalle Katajisto.The Finnish youngster has made great strides with the Monarchs and made an impressive improvement to his average in his first full season with the club.Edinburgh director Mike Hunter said: "This will not come as a great surprise to the Monarchs fans, but nevertheless they will be delighted by the prospect of watching the exciting youngster for another season."It would be fair to say he exceeded expectations in 2010 as he clocked up huge scores from reserve, and kept his form going after moving into the top five."

BELLE Vue have beaten off strong competition to add local whizzkid Jason Garrity to their asset base.The 16-year-old enjoyed huge success as part of Buxton's treble-winning season in the National League this year.Garrity said: "My ambition is to be Belle Vue's No.1 rider and World Champion. I know it won't be an easy thing to achieve but I have the belief."I'll also learn a lot from Chris Morton at Belle Vue. He has won World titles and is dedicated to helping my career. That is another very important reason I have signed for the Aces."
