WORKINGTON promoter Keith Denham says he has several options to consider before making the final signing for his 2011 team.Denham feels the Comets could go into the new season with their best-ever line-up, and he and team boss Tony Jackson are prepared to wait in order to get the right man.Denham said: "I have six riders queuing up to join us, two of them young Australians."There's one thing certain, it will be someone who wants to ride for Workington Comets and we are determined to get the right person for that last slot. Everything at the moment is very upbeat."

IPSWICH manager Pete Simmons says pre-season preparations will be vital if the Witches are to make an immediate impact on the Premier League.Simmons admits he is excited by the change of division at Foxhall, with a number of the sport's rising stars signed up to ride for the club.He said: "We have riders who will be new to Foxhall, so it is important that we have two good days' practising."And then it will be our riders who have Elite League experience who need to take the lead and help get us off to a good start. The aim will be to remain unbeaten at home and we know the importance of seeing off all-comers at Foxhall."
