PREMIER League newcomers Leicester expect to have made significant additions to their asset base by the start of the season. The Lions have had to build a team mainly comprising of loan signings as they prepare for the launch of racing at Beaumont Park, but promoter David Hemsley is working on building a retained list for the club.He said: "I came to a decision after completing the team that where possible I would look to converting some of the loan agreements into full transfers."I am pleased to say that I have made progress in this direction. Fees for Jan Graversen, John Oliver and Jamie Courtney have been agreed with King's Lynn, and the paperwork for the transfer of Sergey Darkin from Eastbourne to Leicester is in the process of being completed."
