Simpson in for London Supercross 2011

Scotsman, Shaun Simpson is the latest British star to join the blockbuster rider line up for round two of the British Supercross Championship in the nations capital and the country's premier venue The O2 Arena in London on Saturday February 5th.

London will mark Simpson's UK debut on a 450 LS Racing Honda and a rare opportunity to see the popular Scot race on home ground after competing in the World Championships for the past few seasons. Ulster's defending British Supercross Champion Gordon Crockard will be making his first appearance with his new TAS Relentless Suzuki team after parting ways with the Paul Bird Kawasaki World Superbike team. Crockard will ride the same bike that Martin Barr took to victory in the opening round at Belfast back in October. Barr will be looking to increase his points lead at The O2 on his new Proppa.com KTM ride. Also added to the lineup is Lanes Kawasaki rider Alex Snow.

Head to head racing, youth and amateur racing, Monster Energy girls, Dirt Wurx, Jack Burnicle and the best of the British riders all add up to what could be the best night in British Supercross history!
