Silverstone, The Home of British Motor Racing, has confirmed its 2011 calendar of events, offering the very best action from both two and four wheeled motor sport. This year also sees the launch of the new ‘Silverstone Wing’, the circuit’s state-of-the-art Pit and Paddock complex, on 17 May. The ‘Silverstone Wing’ will play host to most of the circuit’s major events in 2011, including the FORMULA 1 SANTANDER BRITISH GRAND PRIX and the AirAsia British Grand Prix (MotoGP).
