David Winstanley of rallytv.co.uk has been appointed to film all eight rounds of the Dunlop/WONAGO MSA British Historic Rally Championship this season. Each event will have an hour-long programme on Motors TV with multiple repeats and there will also be an extended end-of-season review programme to give the BHRC up to 50 hours of TV coverage. Initial broadcasts are expected to run in a prime-time slot on Saturday evenings, typically three weeks after the rally.As well as exceptional TV coverage, Winstanley’s team will produce post-event DVDs, an end of season compilation DVD and brief post-event web reports. DVDs will be available for sale through rallytv.co.uk.Championship manager Simon Marks welcomed the 2011 arrangement: "I am delighted that we have secured the services of David and his team for a second season to deliver an even better TV package for the BHRC.
