Round 2: Charles Pollard (Peterborough MC), 27 February Ian Bell and his passenger Russell Sharp won round two of the MSA British Sporting Trials Championship, the Charles Pollard trial.
The event was curtailed by continuous heavy rainfall that caused some sections to become dangerous. Finishing second behind a delighted Bell was Steve Courts, who has taken the championship lead as a result, while Julian Fack took third.
Richard Robarts won the intermediate class by a single point from Richard Gowen, with Tom Stevenson the novice class winner by the same margin from Josh Veal.
