Zayed R. Alzayani,the head of the Bahrain International Circuit, has welcomed the decision of the FIA World Motor Sport Council to reintroduce the Bahrain Grand Prix to the 2011 calendar.

It has been suggested that the race will take place on the 30th October which would mean that the inaugural Indian GP is likely to be rescheduled.
