Round 7: Colin McRae Forest Stages, 1 October
David Stokes and Guy Weaver secured their third MSA British Historic Rally Championship title by winning Category 2 on the Colin McRae Forest Stages.
Despite dreadful weather conditions, Stokes and Weaver drove a measured rally to win the title after transmission failure claimed their key rivals Rikki Proffitt and Phill Harrison.
Graham Waite and Gill Cotton won Category 1 in their Volvo Amazon, while the non-registered crew of Stig Blomqvist and Anna Goni won Category 3 in their Ford Escort Mk2.
