The provisional calendar for the 2004 Dunlop National Supersports Championship has been released, covering 14 races over seven double-header weekends. A 20-minute qualifying session and a 50km race will be run on each day of the two-day events, allowing two drivers to share one car if required. For the Silverstone finale, both races will be held on the same day.

24/25 July Pembrey

7/8 August Brands Hatch

29/30 August Donington Park

18 September Silverstone

"Once again the BARC has arranged an excellent championship calendar," says Mike Swinnerton, chairman of the National Supersports Association. "The format of double-header weekends proved very popular in 2003 and offers value for money racing. It also allows drivers the chance to fit racing around family life and business commitments."
