Barwell Motorsport is currently working towards running a two-car team in the Porsche Michelin Carrera Cup GB in 2004.

The team, which is taking a sabbatical from running a BTCC campaign in 2004, is keen to return to the Carrera Cup after a successful debut season in 2003.

Barwell is already in advanced negotiations with one driver for the 2004 season and is eager to open discussions with other drivers.

In 2003, Barwell Motorsport was one of the race-winning teams in the Carrera Cup when David Pinkney scored a victory at Thruxton.
