NEWCASTLE came from eight points down to snatch a dramatic 47-43 win at Ipswich in the Premier League on Thursday.Just as in their recent victory at Berwick, Richie Worrall and Stuart Robson were the Diamonds last heat heroes with a 5-1 over Rohan Tungate and Ben Barker. And there was also a return from injury for Andrew Tully, who had been on the sidelines since a crash in pre-season practice, but still picked up six (paid eight) from four rides.Newcastle boss George English said: It was most pleasing to see Andrew return to action, bounce back so well after a Heat 1 crash and then take a magnificent Heat 8 win, but overall all the lads did the business again and proved we are a team not to be taken lightly, as we managed to get another very well-deserved and hard-fought three league points.

They have proved what they can do, especially Damien.Neil Machin (club owner) always says the best way to silence the critics is by scoring points and thats exactly what these boys have done, I take my hat off to them.(SPEEDWAY 5)
LEICESTER have confirmed Magnus Karlsson will remain in their side despite the recent return to fitness of Adam Roynon.Karlsson rejoined the Lions early in the season after Roynons Good Friday injury and will now keep his place after a good run of form, with Roynon now available to other clubs.Leicester co-promoter Alan Jones said: After Adams accident Magnus stepped in at such short notice to help us out and his form of late particularly on away tracks at Glasgow and Plymouth cannot be ignored. Adam, as we all know, is a class act and gives everything so you can see the predicament we were in. After Sundays meeting we had to make a quick decision either way for the sake of Magnus and Adam. So rather than change a winning team we have decided to allow Adam the opportunity to find another club and have circulated his name as available and wish him well.
