Gulf Racing will be withdrawing its Pro-Am entry from the Nurburgring finale due to co-owner and #09 driver Mike Wainwright being unable to attend.Wainwright commented “I was really looking forward to closing the season on a high with Anthony (Beltoise), but unfortunately I have had to prioritise my business commitments and we won’t be entering the car in the race.”

Wainwright continued “I’d like to take this opportunity though to thank everyone in the team for their efforts this season and I look forward to hearing about the Pro cars success!”

The Gulf Racing Pro car entry #69 will still be racing at Nurburgring and the team have high hopes for a strong showing with Gulf Racings regular drivers Rob Bell and Adam Carroll being joined by Tim Mullen for the event.
