October 5th and 6th weekend sees RideoffroadUK operating over a whole weekend at the awesome new Pateley Bridge venue. The site which ROR have exclusive motorcycle use of, is situated high above Gouthwaite Reservoir just 3 miles outside Pateley Bridge.On Saturday October 5th RideoffroadUK will assist Sherco UK Importers, Malcolm Rathmell Sport, in hosting their annual Sherco Test Day. MRS and its associated dealers will have a fleet of 2014 Sherco's available for riders to try before they buy. There will be a one off £10 charge for enduro testing which simply covers some extra insurance for test rides. This is £10 to test as many bikes as you are booked on (Not £10 per bike). With the great news that David Knight has signed to race Sherco in 2014, many riders can now see, like David, that Sherco are producing machines with the pedigree for winning races at all levels.Then on Sunday the Penultimate Doodson Championship kicks back into life after a long break. This is the re-run of Round 5 that was missed in May. First on track Sunday morning are the Youth class riders in a 1.5 hour race. Shortly after that the main Adult event for Sportsman, Novice/Beginners, Vets and Ladies will be on track for 2 hours. After a break for the Morning events Presentation, track repairs and to add in some more technical sections, the Pro/Elite, Expert, Over40 and Clubman riders will get their chance to shine around the awesome new Pateley course.Non Members always welcome, Day Licences available.
