Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS signs first teams for 2014

The Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS Organizing Committee has announced thefirst draft of the 2014 Season’s entry-list. With just less than three months to go befor the opening round to be held in Imola on the 5/6 April weekend (the first out of seven double venues).

Starting with Arta Engineering, the French team led by Arnaud Tanguy, who joined the Series at the beginning in 2011. The Italian BVM Racing Team of Giuseppe Mazzotti with Roman driver Dario Capitanio. has also re-signef.

Fortec Motorsport from the UK will be debuting in the series with a considerable number of cars. Another newcomer is JCS Motorsport Academy with Michael Schneider, who willbe the Number 1 in the Austrian team.

Also re-signing are Swiss Jenzer Motorsport after a full season in the category and scoring some good results last year, and Tech1 Racing, the French team led by Sarah and Simon Abadie who took the Drivers’ Title in 2011 and the Teams’ Title in 2011 and 2012.

Two further cars are entered for TS Corse of Stefano Turchetto and Pietro Peccenini).
