ITALIAN DRIVER JOINS EUROINTERNATIONAL FOR THE 2014 CAMPAIGN AIMING TO THE F.RENAULT 3.5 2015
Riccardo Agostini will focus on the 2014 FIA F3 European Championship joining Antonio Ferrari’s Eurointernational Team. In this category Agostini, Italian F3 champion in 2012, will be able to take steps to the more powerful F.Renault 3.5 series, where he made a successful debut last summer.
The FIA F3 European Championship is a leading series among the various levels below F1, 17 of the 2013 World Championship’s drivers raced in F3 which has great media coverage. Tv-images are spread in 199 countries, while Motors TV, RAI Sports, Sky Sports and ESPN are the main broadcasters that operate in a European context.
Riccardo will race an exciting calendar: 11 rounds to be raced from April to October in eight different countries, six of them in the same weekends with the popular DTM, one with the WEC Championship and another together with the WTCC, including a street circuit at Pau.
Eurointernational, for whom Riccardo will race a new Mercedes-powered Dallara F314, has 25 years experience in the field, with 17 championships and 13 Team titles. From 1989 to date the team hasclocked up 128 victories, 188 podiums and 127 poles. Eurointernational has always suported young drivers and has also achieved success in F.BMW in Europe, Asia and America. Now Agostini bets on Eurointernational, announcing this new and exciting challenge.
