Perkins Slade Championship Rnd 5 Hots up at Hatcliffe.

As you read this the finishing touches are being made to an old favourite Enduro Hare & Hounds venue ready for this coming weekend, June 8th. Hatcliffe in the North Lincolnshire Wolds is located east of Caistor approx 15 minutes from Humberside Airport and is easily accessed from the A18. Nearest Sat Nav postcode DN37 0SW.

The course is made up of sloping chalk based woodland, four undulating clover leaf shaped open grass areas, and the addition of a special spectator section right next to the paddock. Great news for Hatcliffe fans is that all being well we will have use of a bit more land to carve out a great hare and hounds track running around the usual Hatcliffe loop, this should add further time to the usual course in place.

This awesome venue is only used once per year and it will play host to round 5 of the rideoffroaduk Perkins Slade Championship for Youth and Adult riders.

On Sunday first on track at 8.30am are the Youth classes in their own dedicated 90 minute event. At 10.30am, the Adult Beginners, Sportsman, Sportsman Vets, Over50 and Ladies will have the track all to themselves for their usual 2 hour battle. After a short break for lunch and track repairs it will be the turn of the fast boys with the Expert, Over40 and Clubman riders hammering around the Hatcliffe venue. Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 in each class, with full results on display approximately 15 minutes after each race.

Camping is available from Saturday, there may be a small charge for camping at this stunning venue. The usual high standards of event running will be in place as well as our top class caterers keeping everyone fed and watered during the main race day.

Day Entries will be available, non-members and newcomers to enduro competition are always welcome at rideoffroadUK events.
