Perkins Slade Round 7 Hits the Lancashire Hills

Lee Dell Rochdale September 7th

Round 7 of the Perkins Slade backed Enduro Hare & Hounds Championship hits Lee Dell near Rochdale on September 7th. High on the hills overlooking Greater Manchester, the hill top venue has a huge amount of course options for the RideoffroadUK team to work with. With early September set to be a scorcher, the ground conditions should be dry enough to run lots of new routes including the off camber trails which run behind the fishing lodges in the Lee Dell hidden valley section. Old mill ruins will form part of the course as well as the famous cobbled road section. Lee Dell is always a busy event, so riders are urged to get entered early in the week to give the ROR team an idea of how many riders to cater for. The more entries we get, the longer the track will be, but track building starts Wednesday NOT Sunday morning! Help us provide even better quality events by just letting us know if you intend to compete.

First on track is the Youth event on Sunday morning at 8.30am, this will be followed by the highly popular Sportsman, Sportsman Vets, Beginner, Over 50 and Ladies event starting at 10.30am. After a short break for results and presentation the Expert, Over 40 and Clubman riders will hit the dirt for 2.5 hours around the Lancashire hills. The afternoon event will have some harder routes added.

On arrival all vehicles must park where parking officials direct them to. If you want to park next to your mate then please arrive with them. Any vehicles blocking medics and officials access will be removed.

Online entries close on Friday at 3pm.

Day entries and day licences are available on the day. Non members are always more than welcome.

If you are planning on just turning up on the day without pre-booking, please give plenty of time so that the races are not held up/delayed.

There will be catering on site by our usual caterers, and there will be toilets on site also.

IOPD, AMCA or ACU Enduro Hare & Hound licences are accepted.
