Chris Dittmann Racing have confirmed that Dutchman Paul Sieljes will race in the final round of the BRDC F4 Winter Championship at Brands Hatch.

The 21-year-old has competed in Formula Renault 1.6 NEC this year, with a best finish of seventh at Zandvoort, while also taking a pole position. He also competed in four races in the same category last year.

Prior to that, Sieljes finished second in the Formula Ford Festival Zetec category at Brands Hatch in 2012, and has also raced in Formula Ford in Denmark and the Netherlands, as well as the DNRT Formula Free series for mixed single seaters, scoring three podiums.

Sieljes commented: “I’m really looking forward to racing in the UK again, and in the very competitive BRDC F4 Championship. Having raced successfully at Brands Hatch before, I’m optimistic of strong results. By working alongside the Chris Dittmann Racing team I can push towards the front of the grid.”

Chris Dittmann commented: “We’re very pleased to welcome Paul to the team for the Brands Hatch round. He has a lot of experience in single seaters and with his previous success at the circuit, should hopefully be in a position to achieve some strong results.”

The BRDC F4 Winter Championship concludes at Brands Hatch on 22-23 November.
