Racing Steps Foundation announces initial three-driver line-up for 2015

The Racing Steps Foundation is a private, not-for-profit fund that provides and finances competition and performance development programmes for an elite group of British motorcycle racers and single-seater and kart racing drivers.

The management and backing is provided for those with the talent and determination to climb to the top of the international motorsports ladder but who lack the funds and mentoring needed to get there.

It was set up in 2007 and in 2014 has provided support for:Four wheels Jack Harvey (Bassingham, Lincolnshire) in Indy Lights; Jake Dennis (Nuneaton, Warwickshire) in the FIA Formula 3 European Championship; Oliver Rowland (Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire) in Formula Renault 3.5; Ben Barnicoat (Chesterfield, Derbyshire) in Formula Renault 2.0 NEC; and Josh Smith (Arnside, Cumbria)in European and International KFJ karting.

Two wheels John McPhee (Oban, Argyll, Scotland) in the FIM Moto3 World Championship; and Wayne Ryan (Lydd, Kent) in the FIM CEV Repsol Moto3 International Championship.
