Collision Racing: Jesse James Jones Signed Up for 2015

Irish based team Collision Kawasaki Belfast are delighted to announce that they have signed 17-year-old Jesse James Jones for the 2015 season to race in the National Superstock 600 Championship which runs alongside the MCE British Superbike series. Collision Racing is co-owned and run by former road racer Harry Corbett and Collision Recovery Services boss Paul Crooks.

Jesse competed in the Triumph Triple Challenge during 2014 and achieved some strong results including a podium place at Snetterton. Due to a family illness Jesse was unable to compete in the final rounds of the series. Collision Racing are now looking for a team-mate for Jesse in the National Superstock class and also a rider for the Supersport Evo bike to replace Danny Webb who has moved to World Supersport.

Jesse James Jones - "I was unable to complete the final races of the season as my Dad got very sick and funding became really tough. Luckily I got introduced to Harry (Corbett) who helped me get back on a bike and with help from friends and sponsors such as Bill Philips from Berkshire Motorcycles who I have known throughout my racing career. I am really grateful to Harry and Paul for giving me this great opportunity for next year and I can't wait to get started with them."

Harry Corbett - Team Manager - "We are delighted that we are once again able to compete in the British Championship and with the fantastic help and support we have gained from Norma and Michael de Bidaph and the Gearlink team over the years has been brilliant. We are looking forward to running Jesse in the Stock 600 class and believe he is a good young talent to hopefully bring up through the rankings."

Paul Crooks - Team Owner - "We are once again looking forward to competing with the prestigious MCE British Superbike Championship next year. We have a good rider with Jesse and are looking for another rider for the National Superstock 600 class and a Supersport Evo rider for next season."
