Jake Hughes joins Koiranen GP for Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS

After having claimed the 2014 title with Nyck de Vries, team Koiranen GP has already signed three drivers for the upcoming Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS season: Austrian Stefan Riener, Brazilian Bruno Baptista and German Philip Hamprecht.

19-year-old Riener, who scored this year a very impressive podium and the pole position in Monza, is set for his second season in the Fast Lane Promotion’s series. «Working together with Koiranen GP in 2015 is a great opportunity. - said the Austrian driver - Being surrounded by a very professional as well as friendly enviroment makes me feel very confortable. I have already learnt a lot with the team during the several test days and I am confident to say that this improving trace will continue throughout next season».

Formula 4 South America reigning champion Baptista, will be competing in an European series for the first time in 2015, after an impressive season with no less than 15 podiums. «I know that the competition will be much higher in Europe and the car is pretty different, but I am very happy to be part of the Koiranen GP team next year and I am very motivated to do a good season». - said the 21-year-old Brazilian driver.

After competing in the ADAC Formel Master in 2014, 17-year-old Hamprecht will be joining the Koiranen GP team for his very first year in the Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS. «I am happy to be a part of a such succesfull team like Koiranen GP and I will give my best to satisfy them, my sponsors and myself» - he stated.

In the last days Koiranen GP has also announced British driver Jake Hughes, who will race in the Formula Renault 2.0 ALPS as well as in the Eurocup F.Renault 2.0.

The 2015 season will be kicking off in Imola (Italy) on April 12.
