Regalia joins FIA F.3 European Championship round at Monza

Facu Regalia is ready to compete in the European Formula 3 Series, one of the most prestigious championships

Regalia approaches his second consecutive race weekend. After his double podium finish in the Auto GP Series at Silverstone, The Argentine  driver will take part in FIA F.· European Championship´s Round 4 to be held at Italy´s hallowed “Temple of Speed”, the Autodromo Nazionale di Monza.

 Regalia received a phone call from Antonio Ferrari, Team Principal at Eurointernational, to drive one of his Dallara F312-Mercedes in Italy. It is worth mentioning Regalia maintains excellent relations with Eurointernational, as he made his debut in the Formula BMW Europe with them. Besides, he took two races wins in the 2009 Formula BMW Pacific at Okayama race track.  

 Regalia will have his first outing today as a test session is scheduled. On Friday free practice and qualifying sessions will serve as appetizer for the races. Race 1 and Race 2 will start at 11.35 and 17.55 on Saturday and Race 3 at 11.10 on Sunday.

 Facu Regalia: “I am especially glad I can take this chance to join Eurointernational. They are a very special team for me, because I made my debut with them in the Formula BMW Europe back in 2008. It is a nice opportunity to prove my skills and fight with top drivers and teams. I want to thank Eurointernational for its invitation. My goal is to give the best of myself to help the team. I am looking forward to driving the car for the first time tomorrow, as I want to start preparing this weekend”.
