Following back to back podium finishes at Spa Francorchamps and the Norisring, George Russell continued his strong points scoring with three top six finishes at Zandvoort in The Netherlands.

On a tight and technical circuit Russell qualified in the top 10 for all three races despite the fact the entire field struggled to find clear air. George said;

"Qualifying was difficult with the traffic, we just could not get the space to get a strong lap in - which was the same for everyone."

On the three races George went on to say;

"With a very technical track and with running a high level of downforce, overtaking proved really difficult for everyone. We made really good starts in all the races which cemented three top 6 finishes. It was great to have a consistent weekend and plenty of positives to take in to the next round."

The next round of the FIA Formula 3 European Championship takes place at the Red Bull Ring Austria on the 31st July.
