Round 6: Pembrey, 19 July

Julian Godfrey took victory at Pembrey, leading into the first corner. Albatec Racing team boss Andy Scott was on the front row of the grid for the final in his Peugeot 208 and pushed Godfrey at times through the final.

Scott was the first of the leaders to take his joker, and came out behind Godfrey but still ahead of O’Donovan in third with Steve Hill fourth and Andy Grant fifth.

Godfrey took his joker lap at the start of the fifth but came out ahead and held on to take the win, even though Scott on occasions got closer to the Fiesta. O’Donovan suffered another puncture on his Ford Fiesta to drop to fourth, with Grant moving into third in the Ford Focus.
