You've nearly made it to that magical time of the week that we all love… the weekend! They really do pass too quickly, so why not make the most of it with some cracking racing on Motors TV?
Liven up your Friday night with some sideways action from Rallye Deutschland, the ninth instalment of the 2015 FIA World Rally Championship. The driver duos face all sorts of challenges in Germany, like trying to predict weather conditions. Choosing the right tyre. Or avoiding hinkelsteins, which are huge tank trap kerbstones that can do some serious damage to a car. No biggie.
Monsieur Ogier continues to dominate, but as the championship gets ever closer to its climax the rest of the field will not be making it easy for him. Catch our nightly highlights show to see the best bits from each day.
After that wild Friday night, you'll want to settle down in front of the telly with a nice cup of tea and some door-banging Aussie V8s, right? Thought so! Lucky for you we'll be showing Down Under's most popular motorsport series delayed-as-live from Sydney for the next round of V8 Supercars. Not just a funny name, Mark Winterbottom also leads the championship with a whopping 256-point advantage over his closest rival, Craig Lowndes. Tune in to all three races this weekend to find out what happens.
And we know your weekend wouldn't be complete without a generous helping of the British GT Championship, so we'll be showing both races live on Sunday. That's right, it's another double-header in Britain's premier GT series from the lovely Snetterton. What's more, the clever maths boffins out there have figured that both category titles could be decided at the Norfolk track so you're in for a real nail-biter.
In traditional fashion, we'll also be bringing you the support races from Snetterton. That's all the action as-it-happens from the BRDC Formula 4 Championship, Volkswagen Racing Cup and Ginetta GT5 Challenge to quench your thirst for more best of British motor racing.
While you're slowly settling in to your new life as a couch potato, you may as well stick around for some live two-wheel drama from the FIM MXGP World Championship. This time around the motocross boys and girls are in Italy for round 15. Frenchman Romain Febvre currently leads the premier class by a healthy margin, while eight-time champ Tony Cairoli's championship hopes vanished after injury ruled him out of the previous two rounds. And in the MX2 standings things are really hotting up with only 38 points covering the top-five.
To round out your jam-packed weekend of racing we're heading Stateside for the United SportsCar Championship from Virgina International Raceway. We'll have all the action from the Oak Tree Grand Prix delayed-as-live on Sunday evening.
With all that and more coming up this weekend, we're sure there's no other way you'd rather be spending your time off, right?!
