Verizon IndyCar Series driver Justin Wilson sustained a severe head injury during Sunday's event at Pocono Raceway. Wilson is currently in a coma and in critical condition while undergoing further evaluation at Lehigh Valley Health Network Cedar Crest Hospital in Allentown, Pa.
