(SPEEDWAY 1 - WEDNESDAY PREVIEW)

CRADLEY will be looking to reach their fourth consecutive Knockout Cup Final when they host King's Lynn at Perry Barr on Wednesday. The Heathens put in a solid team showing in last week's first leg to take a commanding 12-point lead into their home fixture of the clash.Cradley boss Will Pottinger has booked Darryl Ritchings as a guest for a fifth successive meeting while 15-year-old hotshot Jack Parkinson-Blackburn will line-up at reserve for the second week running.Said Pottinger: “It's important the lads are focused and are concentrating on winning the second leg right from Heat 1. It's imperative we get off to a good start and that will allow the lads to relax a little and enjoy the second half of the meeting hopefully.“If we were to reach the final against Eastbourne, we'll need as much confidence and momentum to take us into what will be two, really tough matches.”(SPEEDWAY 2)

GLASGOW stars Aaron Summers and Richard Lawson are expecting an “incredible atmosphere” in the first leg of the Premier League Grand Final at Ashfield on Friday.Summers and Lawson combined for a crucial last-race 4-2 as the Tigers edged out Somerset in a semi-final thriller, and they now go up against Scottish rivals Edinburgh in back-to-back clashes for the title.Summers said: “It would be great to win it, for sure. It would be massive for the club. It's the biggest derby ever - it's going to be awesome. The boys have worked hard all year and given it their all. We're here for a reason, so we'll give it our best.”Lawson added: “If we can get anything like the atmosphere we had on Sunday, it'll be incredible. It was quite a meeting to be a part of - it was really tense - but I really enjoyed it.”
