Torino Racing Team joins AutoGP for 2016

Torino Squadra Corse is the first team to have joined the new Auto GP championship that will organize in Italy in 2016.

The formation of Druento, near Turin, has chosen to compete with the powerful single-seater derived Lola, driven by Gibson Technology 550 horsepower engine in the series organized by the staff directed by Enzo Coloni.

The team, which next year will confirm its commitment also in the italian Formula 4 series, will perform the first tests in Auto GP on November 18 at Misano, continuing on November 24 at Mugello. Drivers interested can contact the team to test the car.

The statement by the team manager of the Torino Squadra Corse, Marco Braghero: "The car is fascinating and the championship looks very interesting. There isn't a category in Europe with this price/quality ratio, especially driving a car of such high power".
