Motors TV Weekend Highlights November 21,22

First up we’re taking a trip Down Under for the penultimate round of V8 Supercars at Phillip Island. Whilst Mark Winterbottom leads the championship for Ford and can mathematically secure his first ever title at the MotoGP venue, Holden duo David Reynolds and Craig Lowndes are also within reach of the 2015 crown with 300 points on offer at this weekend’s event. Catch all three thrilling races on Saturday and Sunday morning. The next stop on our tour takes us to sunny Sakhir for the FIA World Endurance Championship season finale, the 6 Hours of Bahrain, where the remaining titles are still up for grabs. While the LMP1 Manufacturers’ championship has already been decided in favour of Porsche, there’s only 12 points in the Drivers’ battle. Can the Audi dream team of Benoit Treluyer, Andre Lotterer and Marcel Fassler catch up to the #17 Porsche crew, or will Mark Webber, Brendon Hartley and Timo Bernhard hold their lead in Bahrain?

And the fight ain’t over in LPM2 either, where the season-long battle between KCMG and G-Drive will reach its much anticipated conclusion. Again, a narrow points margin means it’s all to play for at the desert showdown. And don’t even get us started on the GT classes. Basically what we’re saying is, you can’t miss it. And you don’t have to seeing as we’re showing all six hours live on Saturday!

But the fun doesn’t stop there, race fans. We’re also paying a visit to the ever-entertaining Macau Grand Prix. Bear witness to crazy wheel-to-wheel action on the streets of the Chinese city in the GT, Touring and F3 contests, as well as what we like to call ‘wheel-to-wall’ racing from those nutters on two wheels. With big names from all disciplines taking part, this is something you will want to watch. Cue Motors TV.If that lot wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, we’re also showing highlights from the dramatic Indy Lights Season Finale at Laguna Seca, the best bits from last weekend’s FIA World Rally Championship and the adrenaline-packed Supercross de Paris.

So while it may be miserable outside, allow us to transport you to sunnier climes and some unmissable motorsport action.Saturday 21 November
