Loris Capirossi to debut in endurance racing with Kessel Racing

Loris Capirossi, the three-time MotoGP World Champion, will celebrate his debut in international endurance motorsport racing a Ferrari 458 GT3 with Swiss team Kessel Racing in the Gulf 12 Hours taking place on 11 December 2015.

Kessel Racing is known to offer famous names from the MotoGP world a cockpit: In 2012, Valentino Rossi was behind the wheel of a Ferrari in two endurance races, whilst Jorge Lorenzo drove a Ferrari, managed by the Team from Grancia, in last year´s Gulf 12 Hours and took race victory.

The Pro-Class Ferrari will be driven by Michal Broniszewski, Giacomo Piccini and Davide Rigon. The driver constellations for the two Gentlemen-Cars are first Alexis De Bernardi, Loris Capirossi and Niki Cadei and second Vadim Gitlin, Michael Lyons and Marco Zanuttini, who won the Gentlemen-Class in 2014.
