Veronika Hankocyova Top Female in Duke Rankings 2015

Czech Republic rider Veronika Hankocyova is the highest placed female road racer in the Duke Road Race Rankings Championship at the conclusion of the 2015 season.

Veronika was one of five ladies who gained points in the 24-round series throughout last year.

She took part in four events, taking a race victory and a sixth place at Kells Road Races, adding three seventh places at Skerries, Armoy and Killalane, gaining 123 points in total.

Second highest scorer is Ulster based, Yorkshire lass, Sarah Boyes, who also took in four rounds, Tandragee 100, Kells, Skerries and the Ulster Grand Prix with an eighth, ninth, tenth and seventh finishing places gaining a total of 34 points.

Equal Third highest points scorer after taking an eighth place at the North West 200 and a fourth at Walderstown is Maria Costello MBE with 32 points.

Northern Ireland's Yvonne Montgomery also gained 32 points with a fourth at the Cookstown 100 and seventh at the Tandragee 100 putting her in equal third spot.

Youngster Melissa Kennedy in her second season of racing on the 'roads' achieved 27 points in the two races she gained points, Skerries and Killalane where she took an eighth and sixth in her 125cc machine.
