BIRMINGHAM have completed their 2016 side with the signing of Danyon Hume. The 19-year-old, who recently became an asset of Premier League club Ipswich, has become the final rider to put pen to paper with the Brummies as they aim to successfully defend their National League crown – and he will be part of British Speedway’s youngest-ever line-up.Manager Graham Drury said: “It’s great to have our full team for the forthcoming season known and the addition of Danyon is exciting for so many reasons. “The lad is such a trier, he never gives up and the way he progressed towards the back end of last season especially fills me with great hope.“We’ll be entering the record books once again when the tapes go up in March and I’m really excited for the year we’ve got in store once again.”
