MSA British Superkart Championship

Round 1-3: Silverstone, 26-27 March

Jack Layton of Parker Motorsport ended the day at the top of the points table after claiming his first ever win in the championship at Fulbeck. Dan Clark, last year’s championship runner-up collected two wins in the final two rounds.

Clark could have taken all three races but a brake bias issue in race one caused him to spin off. Reigning champion Gavin Bennett had a sound start to the defence of his title with three third place finishes.

Toby Davis showed good speed in race one and finished in second place, however a seized piston on the opening lap of race two put him out for the rest of the day.
