BRITISH Speedway’s major events programmes are set for a revamp – and the full collection will be available to order online.
Publishers Curtis Sport, who produce programmes for Coventry City, Millwall, Aberdeen, Motherwell and many other football clubs, have teamed up with the sport’s media team for the 2016 season.
A series of seven issues will be produced, perfect for collectors as well as fans attending events – and there will be more content than ever before with programmes going up from 36 to 56 pages!
They will feature a laminated cover section along with a bonded race card section after listening to feedback from supporters.
The events featured will be:
FIM Speedway Grand Prix Qualfier – King’s Lynn, Saturday May 7.FIM Speedway Under-21 World Championship qualifying round 3- Leg 1 – Belle Vue, Friday May 20.British Final – Belle Vue, Monday June 13.Premier League Pairs – Somerset, Friday July 8.Premier League Fours weekend – Peterborough, Saturday/Sunday July 23/24.Premier League Riders’ Championship – Sheffield, Sunday September 11.Elite League Riders’ Championshp – Coventry, October.
