Motorbase Performance has confirmed that it will field a three-car team in the 2005 Porsche Carrera Cup GB. Two seats are already filled and the team is currently is discussion with a number of drivers over the final place in the squad.Contrary to an incorrect comment in today's motorsport press, the team will continue to have a major presence in the Carrera Cup and is aiming to mount a serious bid on the 2005 drivers' championship as well as the team championship.SAS International will support one car for an as-yet un-named driver, while Andy Britnell will remain with the team once more. "We are talking to a lot of people about the third car," reports team boss David Bartrum. The team's full driver line-up will be announced in due course.
