The Corby based team have bought the ex Ben Collins car, and are now actively seeking a second driver to partner team leader Phil Weaver. "We need someone with the funding to do the whole 16 round championship," said Phil.

To cater for the expansion, planning permission has already been applied for to extend the teams premises in Corby.

It's not only the race team that will be increasing in personnel, Phil's wife Jane will be stepping down ffom her duties as chief Catchpole girl, as she is expecting their second child next June.
