Austrian energy drink company Red Bull has bought the Jaguar Formula One team.

"We are really looking forward to our first season with Jaguar," said Red Bull's Austrian billionaire owner Dietrich Mateschitz.

A formal announcement will be made at a 1045 GMT news conference in London this morning
