The provisional calendar for the 2005 Le Mans Endurance Series has been released.
In a reversal of the 2004 schedule, the second full season of LMES competition will get underway with the 1000km of Spa, 16-17 April.
The championship will then move to Monza for round two, 9-10 July.
Following the success of last year’s Festival of Le Mans, the British leg of the season will again take place 13-14 August.
Round four is set for the Nurburgring, 3-4 September.
The four races already pencilled are likely to be joined by a fifth date in October.

16-17 April: 1000 km Spa (B)
9-10 July: 1000 km Monza (I)
12-14 August: 1000 km Silverstone (GB)
3-4 September: 1000 km Nurburgring (D)
