Juno Racing Ltd has confirmed plans to contest the Open Sports Racing Cup in 2005. The team will field a Juno SS3 with a 3-litre Jaguar V6 engine for reigning Global Lights champion David Mountain.The team will also run 2004 driver Andreas Halkiopoulos alongside Mountain in Britsports, while Mountune boss Mountain will contest the OSRC. The pair will share a new Juno chassis complete with new for 2005 SS3 bodywork. "I have had my eye on the Juno this year and have been very impressed," says Mountain. "I drove it briefly during a test at Silverstone and that was me hooked. The engineering is of a very high standard and the car is mega quick. I am really pleased to be partnering Andreas and hope for big things for 2005. "The guys at Juno and EPM Technology are busy creating the stunning new bodywork for the car and Mountune will be working on getting more horsepower from the engine. We at Mountune are very pleased to be associated with Juno Racing," said Mountain.
