The American Le Mans Series (ALMS) takes a first-ever "bite out of the Big Apple" next week with two high profile special events featuring a unique product debut by JeanRichard Swiss Watches, the Official Time Keeper of the ALMS, coupled with top ALMS stars and cars slated for a variety of New York City-based significant media endeavors.

On Tuesday, February 15, overall/LMP1 champion JJ Lehto and reigning GT1 titleholder Ron Fellows as well as ALMS President and CEO Scott Atherton will headline an important media luncheon at the Madison Avenue Sports Car Driving & Chowder Society. Lehto, Fellows and Atherton will address the prestigious gathering of media, executives and motorsports enthusiasts at Sardi's, one of New York City's oldest and most popular gathering places.

Two days later on Thursday, February 17, JeanRichard Swiss Watches will debut a special limited edition timepiece to commemorate the 53rd Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring. The official announcement will take place at the world's largest and most renowned retail watch store, the Tourneau TimeMachine located at 590 Madison Avenue. The introduction of the JeanRichard 'Sebring Edition' watch will take place during a special evening reception featuring JeanRichard North America President Ron Jackson, ALMS champions Lehto and Fellows as well as Atherton. In addition, as a part of the JeanRichard Swiss Watches evening and announcement, ALMS race cars as well as owners, drivers and sponsors representing all four classes of the world's most prestigious form of sports car racing will be on hand for the festivities, including the Champion Audi R8 (LMP1), Miracle Motorsports Courage C65 (LMP2), the world famous Corvette Racing C5-R and the BAM! JeanRichard is using its month-long marketing and promotional display at the Tourneau facility to showcase its special edition Sebring timepiece as well as the American Le Mans Series. The project includes full-length storefront signage and an extensive photo gallery display in cooperation with AutoWeek Magazine. The high profile JeanRichard reception involves a contingent of national and international media, executives, motorsports industry leaders and fine-watch connoisseurs, who will gather for a first peak at the Sebring watch. Gino Macaluso, Owner, Sowind Groupe SA, JeanRichard's parent company; Massimo Macaluso, JeanRichard President as well as Jackson of JeanRichard North America will host the reception.
