2023 Hagerty Hill Climb returns to Shelsley Walsh on 27th and 28th May
12 fast and furious Group B and A rally cars will blast up the hill
Rare Ford Escort 1700T and RS200 on static display for guests to enjoy
A host of other classic and enthusiast vehicles will run the hillclimb
Guests can also pay to drive their own cars up the hillclimb course

Hagerty, an automotive lifestyle brand and leading specialist insurance provider, today announces dates and headline content for its 2023 Hagerty Hill Climb event which, due to the success of the 2022 event, is now taking place over two-days.


On 27th and 28th May, Hagerty will bring together an eclectic mix of cars to tackle the historic hillclimb course at Shelsley Walsh. Since 1905 Shelsley Walsh has played host to heroes of motorsport, making it the oldest motor sport event still held on its original course.


The stars of the show will be one of the most impressive collections of Group B and A rally cars ever amassed, the majori
ty taking part in hillclimb demonstrations allowing guests the rare opportunity to see, and hear, these magnificent cars being used as intended.

The cars, supplied by members of the Ralli 22 Club, comprehensively cover the heyday of rallying.

For those who prefer to be a part of the action, Hagerty offers the chance for guests to drive their own car at one of the most memorable motorsport locations in the UK with the purchase of a £135 ‘run what ya brung’ ticket, guaranteeing at least 3 hillclimb runs as well as complimentary food and drink. For non-driving spectators, the event offers a full day of hillclimbing and a host of additional entertainment for just £25 per ticket.


A Driver's Enclosure ticket is also available where guests can enjoy grandstand access, complimentary food and drink, and the chance to chat with drivers and owners about their cars, for an additional £35.

Gates open at 8.30am, with the first cars away from the start line at 9.00am.
