The Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 continues to go from strength to strength. The increasingly popular championship reaches new heights in 2008: the World Series by Renault Organizing Committee has selected nineteen teams, from a total of nine different countries, to take part in this year's championship. A total of 44 drivers will be fighting it out in this season, which promises plenty of exciting and incident-packed races. The action gets underway at Spa-Francorchamps on May 3 and 4. The Organizing Committee, which is responsible for selecting the teams, is made up of José-Louis Lopez (VP Sales and Marketing, Renault Sport), Alix Masson (Motorsport Coordinator, Renault Sport), Jaime Alguersuari (President, RPM Racing) and Jordi Castells (Motorsport Director, RPM Racing).
