ISR's Alexander Rossi claimed an historic first win today in round six of the International Formula Master Series at the Automotodrom Brno in the Czech Republic.
Taking the lead on lap one, Rossi raced to the chequered flag unchallenged to secure the first ever American win in International Formula Master, as well as the first ever ISR victory in the Series.
JD Motorsport pair Vladimir Arabadzhiev and Sergey Afanasiev were promoted to second and third place respectively, following team-mate Josef Kral's retirement from second place with a broken front wing.
Alexander Rossi, ISR"We had a good result yesterday and were confident with our dry set-up so it really was my race to lose. I had a good start, my best of the season so far, and the opening laps were pretty close but after that nothing happened. We still have a lot of work to do to be consistently at the top but this has definitely broken a barrier."
